Agwe Logistics Solutions Limited's Port Call Advisory for Dangote Refinery, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria

1. Piloting, both inbound and outbound, is compulsory at the Dangote SPM terminal.

2. Critical personnel such as a Pilot, Loading Master, Mooring Master, and Mooring team should remain onboard until the vessel's departure, with proper accommodation provided.

3. NPA Pilot boards at Lagos FWB to oversee mooring operations and cargo hose connections/disconnections, with support from the vessel crew.

4. Agwe Logistics Team, acting as your designated Cargo Agent/Protective Agent, coordinates with officials, Port health, immigration, and customs, boarding from Lagos anchorage to the vessel at sea.

5. Information about loading rates is crucial for compliance.

6. Surveyors must board at Lagos Anchorage as part of the process.

7. Sampling for quality testing is permissible at the Dangote SPM terminal if necessary.

8. Essential equipment such as Hose boat, Line boat, and Pulling back tug are required for loading operations.

9. Post-loading, the vessel moves away from the SPM terminal to anchor at least 2 miles for further procedures.

10. Agwe Logistics Team offers Husbanding services, including supplies, crew change, and other husbandry tasks at Lagos anchorage before/after Dangote Refinery operations.

11. Security measures include the presence of Nigerian Navy Patrol Boats around the Ports, necessitating Navy armed guards from other Nigerian Ports to disembark from Lagos Anchorage before loading/discharge at Dangote SPM.
